THE Vintage Award

Awarded annually to recognize the achievements of the older dressage rider in USDF Dressage Competition.
Submissions must be received by November 30.
Electronic submissions are accepted, submissions received after Nov. 30 will be discarded without consideration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The horse must be lifetime-registered with the SCDCTA.
- The rider must be an SCDCTA member in good standing.
- The rider must be an Adult Amateur SCDCTA member in good standing
- Riders must be at least 50 years old by the final day of the competition year (Nov. 30) to qualify.
- Only scores from USDF recognized shows will count; scores can be from any level Training-Grand Prix, not including Intro, Musical Freestyles, Para-dressage, or Dressage Seat Equitation.
RULES:
- A single SCDCTA Vintage award will be given each year. Presentation will occur at SCDCTA’s awards gala.
- The winning rider will be the one with the highest score at a USDF show, Training-FEI (not including musical freestyles, DSE, or Para-dressage).
- Riders are solely responsible for submitting the following to Sharon Anderson (sharon@scdcta.com) to be considered for this award: Name, Date of Birth, Level(s) they competed at, and SCDCTA number.
