Gymnastisize Your Dressage Horse:
Training Level to Grand Prix
 MAY 14-15, 2016
Stonebrook Equestrian Center, Gastonia, NC
Chris Hickey bases his training business out of Oak Meadows Farm, with locations in Edgemoor SC and Wellington FL. Chris has brought numerous horses up the levels and is currently competing Oak Meadows Farm’s Ronaldo at Grand Prix.  He has won multiple championships, including the Young Horse Championships, Developing PSG Championship, and The Festival of Champions National Championship. He was short listed for the Olympics and won both Individual and Team Gold at the 2007 Pam Am Games. He believes in adding variety to his horses’ training program, including hacking, Cavaletti work, long lining, and in-hand work. Chris enjoys teaching both professionals and adult amateurs.  “I’m happy to teach riders on 3 year olds up to FEI. The horses don’t have to be super quality and not every rider is going ride at FEI, a National championship or CDI level, and that’s fine.  I enjoy working with any student who is very serious.”
